Viewing table data

To see the contents of a table, select it in the tree panel and go to the Data tab. SQLite Expert loads the data automatically each time you select a table.

By default all columns are shown. To choose which columns appear, use the Select columns command on the grid's pop-up menu.

Depending on your options, the data is displayed either in a grid or as plain text. The same table, drawn as text:

Tip

To find or arrange rows, remember you can always switch to the SQL tab and run a SELECT with your own WHERE and ORDER BY — and if it draws on a single table, the result stays editable (see Editing live queries).
