Exporting data to HTML

Export the contents of a data grid to an HTML file that you can open directly in a web browser or share as a simple report.

To export a grid to HTML:

1. Right-click the grid and choose Export to HTML.
2. In the HTML export options dialog, name the destination file, choose which kind of HTML to write, and click OK.

The two kinds of HTML file

• Styled, as shown in the grid — a table styled the way the grid is styled, carrying the columns you can see in the order you can see them. This is the default: an HTML file is usually made to be looked at.
• Data only (every column) — a plain table carrying every column of the dataset, whether or not the grid is showing it.
